Pick parking by plan

For Summerleaze Beach, park close to Summerleaze if spaces are available. For Crooklets, use the beach-side options around that end of town. For shops, cafes or the canal, town-centre parking may make more sense.

For Widemouth Bay, use the main beach car park or viewing-point options depending on whether you need beach access or just a short stop.

Busy-time tips

Arrive earlier on sunny school-holiday days. Bring a payment card and a charged phone. Do not rely on one payment method only.

If a beach car park is full, switch plans quickly instead of circling for too long.

Motorhomes and overnight parking

Do not assume beach or town car parks allow overnight motorhome stays. Check Cornwall Council restrictions and local signs.
